Job Description

If you have a hands-on and positive approach to working in a busy kitchen environment – we want you, in fact we want three of you!

Bago Tavern is looking for energetic and talented cooks/chefs to join our team. Various positions and shifts available for the right person

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day to day operations of running a quality kitchen including:
    • Cooking quality and consistent meals
    • Working well in a team environment
    • Attention to detail
    • High levels of hygiene and cleanliness
    • Manage food quality, portion control and presentation
  • Input for menu updates and specials board meals
  • Assist with the ordering of stock
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends

We have a wonderful work environment and our patrons are a great mix of locals and holidaymakers/travellers. We pay handsomely and will consider permanent roles, permanent part time or casual employment.
